| See the possibilities… Introduction Both beginners and advanced users will benefit from the Report Management/Menu Changes session. This session will teach you how to run standard reports and change or customize standard ePace features from the ePace Administration main menu option.
| See the possibilities… Report Front End Modification Accessing the RFE Administration System Setup General Reports Purpose of the RFE Provide a link between Crystal Reports files and the ePace System A link to a report in ePace points to the RFE, which contains the name of the file to run, as well as a list of parameters to pass.
| See the possibilities… Add/Modify A Definition Fields: –Lock Buttons – Settings do not revert during upgrade –Name - Pick a report file from the standard or custom report folder –Base Object – If selected, defines the reference point for xPath, and adds the report to the [Reports] button on that object –Display Name – The name used to display this report in the system (Not necessarily the same as the menu name) –Description – Additional info about this report for your reference

(Some options will require specialized report development) –Allow refresh – Enables the [Refresh] button for certain report types –Default Printer –Crystal Clear Version – The rendering engine to use (6.5 in almost all cases) –Data Preparer – Large amounts of data sometimes require special functions to keep reports loading quickly –Show logo – Determines whether, if configured, this report should display the company logo

Useful for identifying parameter options like (1, 2, 3, O, C, X) –Data Type – The type field to send the report (Should match the report file)
