Online Course Required component of application process Basics of Acquisitions Agreement – 2 Modules Anatomy of an Acquisition Agreement Indemnification Must complete both Modules to be considered for team.

Online Course - Process Each module includes video lectures and asks students to analyze a client problem and respond to it via video. After responding to the posed problem, students review other student responses, give and get feedback, and ultimately unlock access to an expert’s answer. The course is free and open to all. The Anatomy of an Acquisition Agreement module opens for submissions on Sunday, Oct. 11 and will close on Oct. 19. It will then open for review of other students’ submissions on Oct. 19 and close on Oct. 26. The Indemnification module will open for submission on Oct. 25 and close on Nov. 2. It will then open for review of other students’ submissions on Nov. 2 and close on Nov. 9.

Application Process Complete the required modules of Basics of Acquisitions Agreement and Submit application by November 9 We will review the applications and student submissions online LawMeet submissions. We may elect to hold a small number of interviews Team will be selected by December 11.
