T HE FOUNDATION OF OUR COMPANY

To become the leader in universal designed homes. OUR GOAL

THE AUTOMATIC SHOWER DOOR PIONEER

ACCESSIBLE SHOWERS HAVE BEEN MADE BEFORE, BUT NONE HAVE BEEN DESIGNED LIKE AquaTech! Showers normally made for disabled consumers look very clinical and do not have a door. AquaTech was made because P.A.S.K wants these consumers to still feel at home when they are bathing, not as if they are in a rehabilitation center. versus

“BECAUSE LIFE SHOULD BE SIMPLE”  AquaTech was created specifically for people who have physical disabilities/people who have trouble getting in and out the shower.  AquaTech was created to make life simple.

ENJOY. PUSH. AquaTech consists of: two switches which activate the door (one waterproof and one not) sliding door waterproof electronic system. AquaTech uses: Simple rolling technology - The doors are fixated on rollers which can be automatically and manually activated SLIDE.

 Standard design: o glass and fiberglass o tile perimeter o 1 shower head o Grab bars for safety o lever to turn on and off o On and off waterproof button o Emergency button It meets the consumers’ needs without diminishing the look and feel of the bathroom – practical and stylish.  Extra features: o extra shower heads o different types of shower heads, (waterfall shower heads, messaging shower head, shape and sharpen showerhead, ceiling- mounted showerheads) o Additional grab bars o In-shower lighting o Intercom for added saftey

Of course, technology and design matter to us; but not as much as your safety matters! OUR ROLE IN YOUR SAFTEY: Aside from routine maintenance check- ups, we install: Emergency button is located above the indoor waterproof switch Disables the automatic system and lets you open the shower door manually. Shatter proof glass Handle bars Allows you to maintain stability and prevent falling. Built-in rugged anti-slip material Our warranty offers: 20 year warranty (extensions available)* Free-of-charge repairs** Routine check-ups and maintenance visits/phone calls

 Most of our costs are Fixed, while only a little over $100,000 are Variable, knowing the Fixed is better in a way, knowing that is all we need to put out of pocket, while Variable could go either end of the spectrum, either costing more then estimated, or less then we thought originally. Product Manufacturing - $50,000 Marketing Research - $20,000 Competitive Intelligence - $25,000 Packaging - $40,000 Intermediaries - $75,000 Distribution Network - -$60,000 On-line promotion - $45,000

 Total = $507,050  Fixed Costs + Variable Costs = Total Costs “$117,050 + $390,000 = $507,050”  Break - Even  Total Costs / Price of Product  “$507,050 / $3,400 ≈ 149 units”  Off-line promotion - $65,000  Promotional tools design - $35,000  Promotion tools production - $40,000  Media costs - $35,000  Domain name registration- $250  Web-site development – design - $15,000  Web-site hosting - $1,800 per year

1.Access INC – $2, BarrierFree – $3, Bathing Solutions- $3, My-bath – $6,900

In 2012, AquaTech will surly heighten the expectations of disabled and elderly consumers.  With AquaTech, P.A.S.K took a simple idea to develop an easy to use and practical, high-quality product, all while keeping prices low.  We truly care about our consumers and their well-being. AquaTech was inspired by them!  This is just step one in P.A.S.K’s goal to become the leader in accessible home design. Join us on our journey!
