Day 2 TopicHighlights and agreements Nutrition in Emergency MLAvega ST Yolanda (Haiyan) considered as level 3, the highest level of emergency for humanitarian assistance; Nutrition response co-coordinated and strongly supported by a global nutrition cluster National and regional nutrition clusters composed of NGAs, UN and NGOs. National cluster also assisted by 4 working groups: CMAM, IYCF-E, AWG and Advocacy
