Administration – Eligibility Determination Notifications are sent to students to keep their information updated with OSFA The first Friday May through August Notice available on any student’s Financial Aid Recipient History (FARH) If the student is not on your institution’s MEL, you can look up the student individually online

Administration – Eligibility Determination By submitting student GPA and hours earned at the end of the spring term, your institution is assisting with student renewal eligibility Submit one institutional cumulative GPA and the number of hours earned (versus the number of hours enrolled at the beginning of the term) The system converts your clock hours for you Use the OSFA Secure File Transfer Protocol (sFTP) for file submissions You still have the option of entering students one at a time

Gold Seal Vocational Scholars Award Gold Seal Vocational Scholars award may only be used to fund: Applied Technology Diploma, up to 60 credit hours or equivalent clock hours Technical Degree Education Program, not to exceed 72 hours or equivalent clock hours Career Certificate Program, not to exceed 72 credit hours or equivalent clock hours Administration – Reminders

Bright Futures - Restoration For advisement purposes, students may only use summer coursework to raise the GPA for a one-time restoration at the end of the first year of funding only If the student did not earn the GPA after the first year of funding, restoration is not permitted If the student did not earn the hours, regardless of year of funding, restoration is not permitted Administration – Reminders
