Effort Update Important Effort Dates:  8/10/2010 Last day to submit LCTA forms for failed LD adjustments that need approval.  8/15/2010 Effort Period Closes-Labor Distribution Module in Oracle is locked down. Module is expected to reopen on August 23rd. Info8/30/2010 Effort Statements are distributed to the departments through campus mail.  10/19/2010 Deadline for returning Effort Statements to Sponsored Projects Administration office.

RGC Hot Topics No-Cost Extension Form Changes coming 8/1/2010 – will be adding fields to address changes in effort. Outgoing Subaward Process Change – final executed copy to be sent to Department Fiscal Manager. RGC Staff Update – Maria Chitsaz has been hired to fill one vacant GCA position RGC Staff Update –Final stages of hiring for open GCA position.
