Compulsory Attend School (maybe 20 – 30 hours per week) Study at home This should be thought of as a full time job Regular sleep (9 and a quarter hours per night) Eat well Time with friends Time with family Regular physical activity (organized sport or other) Relaxation Balance is the key
Optional Paid work (no more than about 12 hours per week reducing toward exam time) Community involvement (Church, service groups, clubs etc.) Romance Hobbies Balance is the key
