Thematic cluster best practices Eionet Action Group on Land Monitoring in Europe EAGLE activities -Six contracts financed by EEA within the period October 2014 to September One contract on the topic: Setting the transformation rules for Corine Land Cover and Urban Atlas data to GML according to the LCC model -Results to be shared at the platform Implementation in the spirit of Inspire Experiences from using INSPIRE in the cross-border project SPATIAL (Bulgaria-Romania) Collection of relevant projects, presentations and events Links to relevant projects such as ELF, HELM, Plan4Business Links to LC and LU presentations at recent INSPIRE Conferences Promotion of events

Thematic sub-group discussions Land Cover: 1-2 answers per topic Code list Information shared on the usage and evolvement of the CorineValue code list maintained by EEA Software tools Data transformation using FME and the ESRI Land Cover database template (test report) Land Use: no answer so far Discussion topics related to the organisatorial framework of Planned Land Use, improvements of the Supplimentary Regulation code list and a request for sharing implementation plans regarding the Land Use theme (an example from Finland has been provided).

Thematic sub-group proposals for gaps filling, improvements related to the technical work of MIG MIWP (working plan) Land Cover Unclarities related to the use and possible amendments of layer names Minor inconsistencies in the LC data specification (1.1.1 and 111) Land Use HILUCS code list – changes will be proposed
