ILEAD U Invitation to travel Will you go exploring to discover how participatory technology can meet your community’s need? Confidently go where your library has never gone before. 2

ILEAD U into New Possibilities A sustainable, technology immersion, continuing education program that will expand Illinois librarians’ leadership abilities to use participatory technology to effectively engage their libraries’ constituents. 3

ILEAD U Mission Ultimately, the application of participatory technology tools is important to the extent that these tools are necessary for meeting the evolving needs of our communities. The course is not targeted at simply learning skills for using a static set of tools. Rather in using the tools to help libraries lead and connect. 4
