Analysis  Survey result shows a team concept in the organization, all the employees work together as a team to accomplish every task.  Perhaps it is because of the work nature of the organization which is to provide different kind of services, i.e. to complete assignments and projects of other companies on time.  A consulting firm in other words.  The survey also shows the managers or higher authorities consider employees as a part of the organization/ decision making process and are given equal importance.
