MAAP Process 1. Submit Enrollment Application 2. Host community meeting 3. Conduct surveys and program observations 4. Create Action Plan for Program Improvement 5. Implement tasks to meet improvement goals. 6. Validator visit 7. Decision Photos from your site here

Components of Quality Improvement  Collect feedback from staff, families, and students about a given program (Surveys)  Create a stakeholder team of staff, students, teachers, administration, business leaders, etc...  Observe program using the MAAP Self-Study Tool  Create a Action Plan for Program Improvement based upon information gathered from surveys and observations.

The MAAP Stakeholder Team (10-12 Hours over 9 months)  Meeting #1: Review the process and set an observation schedule.  Meeting #2: Review findings and create a program improvement plan. Set subsequent observation dates to monitor the plan.  Meeting #3: Review observations and create a final improvement plan.  Meeting #4: Exit interview with the MAAP Validator
