Components of Quality Improvement Collect feedback from staff, families, and students about a given program (Surveys) Create a stakeholder team of staff, students, teachers, administration, business leaders, etc... Observe program using the MAAP Self-Study Tool Create a Action Plan for Program Improvement based upon information gathered from surveys and observations.
The MAAP Stakeholder Team (10-12 Hours over 9 months) Meeting #1: Review the process and set an observation schedule. Meeting #2: Review findings and create a program improvement plan. Set subsequent observation dates to monitor the plan. Meeting #3: Review observations and create a final improvement plan. Meeting #4: Exit interview with the MAAP Validator
