BACKGROUND

Brief Overview ACLEDA Bank Plc. is a public limited company, formed under the Banking and Financial Institutions Law of the Kingdom of Cambodia. 1993-2000 : National NGO 2000-2003 : Specialized Bank 2003-Present : Commercial Bank

At the end of September, 2013, ACLEDA Bank Plc. has extended to 238 offices, which are located in all provinces and towns in Cambodia. ACLEDA Bank also expanded its subsidiary like: ACLEDA Training centre located in Phnom Penh, ACLEDA Security Plc, located in Phnom Penh ACLEDA Bank Lao Ltd in Lao country, and ACLEDA MFI Myanmar in Myanmar country.

Today ACLEDA Bank Plc is offering the E-Banking, Credit, Deposits, Local and International Funds Transfers, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Money Exchange, and a lot of other banking services.

For Individual Currency type in KHR THB and USD Loan period up to 12 months for loan size: up to KHR400,000 or up to THB4,000 Loan period up to 24 months for loan size: greater than KHR400,000 to KHR10,000,000 or greater than THB4,000 to THB100,000 Loan period up to 24 months for loan size up to USD2,500

Micro Business Loan (Cont.) Overdraft Loan ACLEDA Bank offers Overdraft loan for clients to keep their business going. Overdrafts would be absolutely helpful for any emergency and unpredictable event. This product is require turnover rate (Cash in and Cash out) at least 50% of used amount. Currency Type, Credit Line, and Loan Period Currency type in KHR, THB, and USD; Credit Lines are due for those loans amounting from USD5,000 up or equivalent to KHR or THB Loan period up to 360 days (1 year).

Revolving Credit Line Revolving Credit Line is a type of Credit Service, where the borrower can withdrawal up to credit limit and the term specified in the Credit Line agreement. Our customers may opt to repay at the end of loan period. No need turnover rate like overdraft loan. Currency Type, Credit Line, and Loan Period This credit is provided in KHR, THB, and USD Credit lines are due for those loans amounting from USD10,000 up or equivalent to KHR or THB The maximum loan period is up to 12 months (1 year).

Trade Loan Trade Loan is a loan provided to client to support their export or import operation of legal goods such as raw materials, unfinished products or finished products, etc. Trade Loan categories: Import and Export Loan Import Loan: Loan Against Trust Receipt (LATR) Import Loan (IML) Loan Against Import (LAI)

Credit Line Credit Line Service is a maximum credit line promised by ACLEDA Bank depending upon your creditworthiness. Credit Line is not yet a credit unless you make withdrawals. Currency Type ACLEDA Bank offers this service in KHR, THB, and USD. Advantages Have opportunities to use our Credit and other services; Have source of capital for using to meet all your requirements. Personal Loan ACLEDA Bank Plc offers this loan to customers with personal use only not to expand the business. Currency Type, Loan Size, and Loan Period Currency type in KHR, THB, and USD; Loan period up to 2 years for loan size below USD10,000 or equivalent to KHR or THB. Loan period up to 3 years for loan size from USD10,000 to USD30,000 or equivalent to KHR or THB. Loan period up to 5 years for loan size greater than USD30,000 or equivalent to KHR or THB.

Public Housing Loan Housing loan is a long-term loan that let any qualified customer own a house that was completely built or being built, or build new house on their own land. Currency, Loan Size, and Loan Period Housing loan is provided in US Dollar only ACLEDA Bank provides housing loan up to US$200,000 but not more than 70% of the house price. Maximum of loan period is 10 years.

Home Improvement Loan ACLEDA Bank would like to introduce a bank product — Home Improvement Loan — to you so that you can use for renovating your house that would allow you and your family to live comfortably in prosperity. Currency, Loan Size, and Loan Period Home Improvement Loan is provided in USD or KHR Loan size is up to US$100,000 or equivalent to KHR Loan period is up to 5 years and will not exceed your retirement age or over 60 years of age (until the end of loan repayment)

Visa Credit Card ACLEDA Visa credit card is a type of credit lines that offers customers individual or a company / institution to be able to pay for all goods / services, or withdraw cash through ATM machines or POST worldwide even though your account not enough or zero balance. Loan for Micro Finance Institute ACLEDA Bank offers loan to any MFI that need fund to support their operation.
