The primary purpose of Indian PRIDE Academy is to provide a safe and nurturing environment where students can create and achieve success. It provides an alternative to “traditional” education for students that aren’t able to have their needs met at Hallsville High School, with three components: MO-Option Program, “traditional” curriculum, and Flex program. PRIDE Academy

Each student must complete an application and essay. Each student must also provide two referrals/teacher evaluations to trusted adults (generally teachers, counselors, employers) Academy Advisory Board interviews potential candidate to assess students’ sincerity and likelihood of success. Student is either accepted and/or asked to apply at a later date with reasons for deferral Admittance Process
