I. MOA Arena Gates along Coral Way will open at 11:00 a.m. and will close at 3:30 p.m. II. Nearest Drop-Off points: Corner of Diokno Blvd & Coral Way, and Corner of Coral Way and Sunrise Drive III. Road Closures From 6:00 a.m. onwards, the following roads are closed: the Papal Route – Quirino Ave (west-bound), Roxas Blvd (south-bound); within MOA complex: EDSA Extn (west- bound), the Globe Rotunda, Diokno Blvd (south-bound), Marina Way (west-bound), Seashell Lane, Coral Way and Pacific Drive. As well as: Sunrise Drive (from Sunset Ave to EDSA Extn), Diokno Blvd (from Sunset Ave to Coral Way), Pacific Drive (from Sunset Ave to Marina Way), Coral Way (from Ocean Drive to Sunrise Drive) From 2:00 p.m. (or earlier, depending on the situation) onwards, EDSA Extn (east-bound) is closed. From 3:00 p.m. Bradco Ave (from Diokno Blvd to Macapagal Ave) onwards is closed.

IV. Parking Spaces A.The MAAX Building (in front of Mall of Asia Arena), along Coral Way, will be open at 4:00 a.m. onwards (on a first com first served basis) for those who have either the Official Papal Visit 2015 IDs (like the technical staff), or the White colored Arena Tickets for the Papal Event (for the seated delegates in the South Open Parking between the Mall of Asia Arena & SMX), or have both the Official Papal Visit 2015 IDs and the Red colored Arena Tickets for the Papal Event (pre-seated delegates within the Mall of Asia Arena) B.Buses (maximum of 100) will be asked to park at Block 29 along Seaside Blvd cor Diokno Blvd from 6:00 a.m. onwards. C.Other parking spaces and buildings are open to the general public from 6 a.m. onwards.

A. Guidelines inside Inside MOA Arena 1.Better come with your group wearing common identifiable shirts. 2.Bring another valid ID, aside from the officially issued Papal Visit 2015 ID. 3.For Security reasons, RE-ENTRY into the areas are PROHIBITED. 4.Please SEAT at designated sections and seats indicated in your TICKETS. 5.Keep your tickets with you, Ushers may ask to see your tickets at any given time. 6.Food and drinks are not allowed. Budget-food for meals and snacks are available inside. There are food stations in the different areas of MOA Arena. MOA Arena food sellers will also be going around. 7.Do not forget your personally needed medicine. Each level/area has first aid stations. 8.Umbrellas are not allowed. 9.Bring a jacket. 10.Mobile phones and personal cameras are allowed. 11.Do not bring banners. 12.For Security reasons: Avoid bringing big bags, backpacks and other unnecessary things so as not to delay the security check. 13.Pay attention to the announcements and follow the instructions made by the emcees. 14.Do not litter.
