Here’s what “business casual” means to us: Men: Light blue or white long-sleeved, button-down dress shirt. Brown/Blue/Black slacks or “Dockers”. Dress shoes. With dress socks. Appropriately colored. Women: Dress shirt/sweater of a conservative color that covers arms. Dress slacks, “Dockers”, or conservative length skirt. Dress shoes, conservative. Both Be clean, neat, trim. Conservative accessories. NO POLO SHIRTS

Project Kickoffs Meetings Business casual Be prompt – We start at 6:00pm Arrive ready to interact Listen and ask questions
Discretion is paramount. Do not disclose details of the project. Treat all customer interaction as confidential. Do not take the project forward to other organizations.
Status Meetings Attendance : Mandatory First three are scheduled on the course agenda. Final is the presentation dry run which you schedule with me.
Initial Status Meeting Team lead identified Team interaction plan Communication plan Work breakdown structure mapped to a Gantt Chart
Subsequent Status Meetings Project schedule + SPI (in terms of % work complete) Gantt chart with % complete being tracked Risks identified, prioritized, and with a mitigation plan where necessary Accomplishments and challenges Individual status reports of activities since last meeting :: written document Presentation is important Presentation materials due 24 hours before meeting. as a single file (zip format).
Presentation Dry Run and Artifact Inspection Should be 99% done. Present your final presentation to me as a dry run. Schedule at least two days before the final presentation. If you want me to review your documents, please give me 48 hours.
