CORPORATE TEAM Registration SINGLE CHEQUE - 1,00,000 donation for Team ,75,000 donation for Team ,50,000 donation for Team 50 -All cheques should be drawn in favour of “Society for United Way of Kolkata” and payable at par. Registrations close on 4 th December 2015 (first come first serve) Maximum 200 employees per company *Subject to qualification as per norms explained in the charity structure.

Deadline for Corporate Registration is 4 th December CORPORATE TEAM | Process Fill Corporate Challenge registration form and submit to UWK United Way will then send the documents by to register the individual runners of the Corporate

FUNDRAISERS FUNDRAISERS are individuals who raise funds for a NGO irrespective of whether they are participating in the event or not. The UWK online platform is ideal for raising finds for a cause - its free, its easy to set up and the money is disbursed to the NGO. Friend : Anyone who raises up to 49,000 (no upfront payment is required for this) Change Maker : Anyone who raises 50,000 to 99,000 (the person has to pay Rs 10,000 upfront to register as a Change Maker – this amount is non refundable) Change Leader: Anyone who raises 1,00,00 or above (The person has to pay Rs 20,000 upfront to register as Change Leader – this amount is non refundable

FUNDRAISERS | Process Create your individual fund raising page to raise online funds Download Donor Sheet from United Way website: Fill these forms providing all the details which have been asked for Submit cheques and above mentioned documents, duly filled Please submit all cheques by the 8 th of January 2016

FUNDRAISERS This could be just anybody. Strategy for getting as many people as you know to create a fundraising page. Pitch: intro/appeal What benefit/support can you provide? Introduce a contest/competition? Incentive plan? Communication Plan Updates / Tips / Fund Raising Ideas / Motivation Acknowledging Donors Pre / Post event and on Race Day Who will be responsible at your end?

GOOD NETWORK + PERSONAL GOODWILL + PASSION FOR THE CAUSE = SUCCESSFUL CHANGE RUNNER How many such people do you know? (Board members/ ambassadors/ successful beneficiaries/ biggest supporters) What is your plan to get them to register for you? What are you willing to do to support them? How will you be motivating and encouraging them? How can you make fundraising interesting and exciting? What can you do to make this a memorable experience for them? Who will be responsible at your end? CHANGE RUNNER

Supporters who may not be able to participate in the TSK25, but can lend their help in other areas such as – Collaterals / Creative Communication PR and Publicity Volunteer mobilization Influencers and Connectors Identify areas where you need support Plan in advance Find the right platform and committed supporters Social Media Strategy Engage with your current audience to garner more Create a focused plan to engage with the supporters OTHER SUPPORTERS

IN CONCLUSION.. To derive maximum benefits, a lot of planning is required Break all steps to a successful marathon experience to timelines and responsibilities
