WHAT IS SOLIDCHAIN SolidChain is an offline/online Line of Business Software Solution. Engineered to helps business owners (large, medium or small businesses) to grow sales, track growth, track stock and track money resources of the business. SolidChain has three (3) main operating modes, more lights will be thrown to each as we progress.  SolidChain Starter,  SolidChain Basic,  SolidChain Enterprise. And each scenario has different departments of operation to the fast growth and sales of the business. Note: actually there is an add-on version– SolidChain Cloud(Store Front ). This version can be plugged into to any of the other SolidChain versions to deliver online store front for business while connecting to the On-premise SolidChain Computing Network.

GROWS SALES  SolidChain will offer multiple sales points.  Powered by Smart Terminals.  Capturing sales information.  Producing Order Vouchers.  Offers sales incentive mechanism on products sold.  Produce daily sales reports.

TRACK STOCK  Get notification reports on low stock.  Manage stock inventories during purchases, as well as label coding for products.  Manage replenish requests from stores.  Produce daily stock reports for reconciliation.  Delivery of products to customers - happens when products have scanned by Stock Officer.

TRACK MONEY RESOURCES  View money resource trail across period.  Create money resources (e.g. office cash, bank accounts).  Ability to manage money resources such as cash in the office and money at bank.  Record payment made to money resources.  Record money outflow to suppliers.  Record money outflow to agents – EEDC bills, fuel, office toiletries, etc…  Record daily outflow from bank-to-bank, office cash-to-bank and bank-to- office.

TRACK GROWTH  Shows sales performance across time periods.  Shows Profit and Loss statements across time periods.

COMPONENTS OF SOLIDCHAIN  Control Service – this is the owner’s part where he or she see the transactions made. He or she also create the information needed in other departments.  Warehouse Service – records the goods supplied by the suppliers and the goods disburse to the store(s).  Store Services – take in stocks of goods brought from the warehouse to the store(s) and raise a replenish request for low stock products.  Retail Service – is for the Sales Rep(s) in the store. They attend to customers  Cashier Service – as the name implies, it is for the cashier. He collects money and keys it in.  Account Service – also as the name implies, it is for the accountant. Sees the transactions done in the store and raises a Payment Voucher daily, weekly and monthly and trails the movement of money. Note: the Store, Retail, Cashier and Account Services are found in the store.

VERSIONS OF SOLIDCHAIN In SolidChain there are three main versions, the fourth affiliate's and they are listed below.  SolidChain Starter – this is a small business enterprise.  SolidChain Basic – this is for a medium business.  SolidChain Enterprise – this is for a big business scenario.  SolidChain Store Front – this is an Cloud version of SolidChain that plugins to the Starter, Basic or Enterprise versions.

SOLIDCHAIN STARTER VERSION We have a minimum of two users in this version  The Store Manager/Cashier is one person who does the managerial, cashier and accountant work.  The Sales officer(s) uses the Mobile Phone to input the customer(s) order and prints an order voucher.  The Sales Officer hands the voucher and the customer’s money to the cashier.

SOLIDCHAIN STARTER SCENARIO

SOLIDCHAIN STARTER REQUIREMENTS  Blualpha SolidChain Software.  A Computer – which the Store Manager/Cashier operates.  A Router.  Internet Connectivity to incorporate SolidChain Cloud (StoreFront)  A Mobile Phone – which the Sales Officer(s) operates,  And a Mobile Printer – to print receipts. Note: Tracking stock here is less efficient because there is no scanning device.

SOLIDCHAIN BASIC VERSION This is a bigger version than the one discussed earlier and its has more features as well as all the Starter version features  The Store Manager generates the barcodes and label them on products  The Stock Officer(s) scans the products after the barcodes are labeled on them and also scan products customers purchase.  The Sales Officer(s) raise an order voucher for each customer, prints the voucher, collects money and hands it to the cashier.  The Cashier collects money from the Sales Officer inputs it in the system and either prints a new receipt or stamps the order voucher and the cashier does the work of an accountant too.

SOLIDCHAIN BASIC REQUIREMENTS  Blualpha SolidChain Software.  Two Computers for the Store Manager and Cashier.  A Router or internet connectivity.  Mobile Phone(s) for the Sales Officer(s).  Mobile Printer(s).  Mobile Computer(s) for the Stock Officer(s).  A Label Printer to generate barcodes.

SOLIDCHAIN ENTERPRISE VERSION This a large business that may probably have warehouse(s) system and more than one store. There are six (6) services in this version.  There is the Warehouse Keeper who generates barcodes and label products.  The Warehouse Keeper also disburse products to the stores.  The Stock Officer(s) raise replenish order to the warehouse.  The Stock Keeper also scans the products disbursed by the warehouse and scan customer(s) purchase.  The Store Manager does his work.  The Sales Officer(s) does the same work as described in Basic version  The Cashier does his work.  The Accountant trails the inflow and outflow of money daily, weekly and monthly of each store and raise a Payment Voucher Note: each store operates the same way but there is only one (1) Account Service

SOLIDCHAIN ENTERPRISE REQUIREMENTS  Blualpha SolidChain Software.  Computers for the warehouse Keeper(s), Stock Officers, Cashiers, Store Managers and Accountant(s).  Routers in the Stores and Warehouse(s).  Mobile Phones for the Sales Officers.  Mobile Computers for the Stock Officers.  Mobile Printers.  Label Printer(s). Note: the warehouse(s) have a SolidChain Cloud Infrastructure that integrate in the stores.

SOLIDCHAIN STORE FRONT VERSION  This is an online version of the SolidChain as mentioned earlier, it can hook up or plugged into any of the other three versions.  Here the Online Sales Officer(s) logs in to the web to check for orders or gets alert when an order is made.  Goes to any store its affiliated to and picks the order.  And he goes to send it or delivers it himself..
