HISD GLOBAL GRADUATE ONLINE ASSESSMENT PRE-PLANNING CHECKLIST Go to the student tracking tab days before the test administration to verify all students are enrolled in the correct course; Keep in mind that how students are enrolled in EdPlan corresponds to how they are assigned in Chancery. Ensure that the assessment has been released to the correct students and courses Communicate to your campus Chancery contact if students are not in the system or are not enrolled in the proper course Have a backup plan for students who are not enrolled properly or who might be absent the day of the test Print out usernames and passwords for students from the Student Tracking screen Step-by-step instructions for each of the processes is available in the Guides section of the EdPlan website

HISD GLOBAL GRADUATE BEST PRACTICES All reporters of data should follow strict validation protocols and check both EdPlan and A4E for consistency Notifications of issues to proper distribution list of data power users Error corrections need to be made quickly by both EdPlan and A4E Reports should include cautionary message alerts when needed
