Colossians 3:16 Let the word of Christ richly dwell within you, with all wisdom teaching and admonishing one another with psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

God Is Awesome Real meaning of awesome: extremely impressive or daunting; inspiring great admiration, apprehension, or fear What it doesn’t mean: really cool, bad, radical, fly, hype…..or whatever is latest.

Deuteronomy 7:21 “You shall not dread them, for the Lord your God is in your midst, a great and awesome God.”

When I, in awesome wonder… Consider His creation Worlds He’s made – galaxies upon galaxies upon galaxies – 100 billion galaxies? 300 billion stars in the Milky Way

…Mighty Thunder Lightning has bolt temperatures hotter than the surface of the sun – 50,000 degrees F – 5 times hotter than the surface of the sun. 100 strikes per second around the globe. 1 billion volts of electricity

God controls all these things Hebrews 1:3 – “And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power…” Psalm 135:6-7 – “Whatever the Lord pleases, He does, In heaven and in earth, in the seas and in all deeps….Who makes lightnings for the rain….”

God Is Peaceful “When through the woods and forest glades I wander… Birds sing sweetly… Lofty mountain grandeur… The brook… Gentle breeze….

1 Kings 19:11-14 The Lord was passing by Great and strong wind rending the mountains Earthquake Fire “…and after the fire a sound of a gentle blowing….”

God Is Love …His Son not sparing… John 3:16 – “For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.”

…Sent Him To Die… John 12:27 – “Now My soul has become troubled; and what shall I say, ‘Father, save Me from this hour’? But for this purpose I came to this hour.”

…My burden gladly bearing… Hebrews 12:2 -- fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.”

God is Eternal …when Christ shall come… 1 Thessalonians 4:16 – “For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first.”

…and there proclaim… How great Thou art! Revelation 4:11 -- “Worthy are You, our Lord and our God, to receive glory and honor and power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they existed, and were created.” How great Thou art!
