South Korean economy is currently more focused on consumer electronics, software and other information technology industries. South Korea has the world’s 12 th largest economy. South Korea has no oil, therefore, it’s one of the largest importers of oil in the world. Korea is the US 2 nd largest trading partner.

South Korea’s flourishing economy and improved political climate in the early and mid-1990s slowed the high emigration rates typical of previous years.

The largest Christian church is located in Seoul with an estimated 780,000 members South Korea is the second largest missionary sending nation on earth.
