Langley Research Center Paper Pledge Form Employees continue to have the option of completing a paper pledge form, in lieu of completing an electronic pledge form –Cash contributions are to be given by the employee to the organization’s key worker who turns over to the LaRC CFC Financial Chairperson. The Financial Chairperson is responsible for turning all Center donations to the PCFO –Payroll deductions, after receipt by the CFC Financial Chairperson, will be sent to the Center Payroll office for entry into the payroll system Contractors can participate in CFC by making a one time contribution using the paper pledge form. Contractors cannot contribute through payroll deduction All paper pledge cards and cash contributions should be turned into Yvonne Beyer (B2102, Cube 299-9) 17
