Article 6 – Rights Of The Employee Each Employee shall have the right to form, join, or assist in labor organization, or refrain from any such activity freely without fear of reprisal. Act as representative for the council and present views to management Be treated fair and equitable Right to pursue private lives without interference from employer or union Union representation during investigations Free from discrimination based on race, color, religion, age, sex, marital status, or handicap condition
