Context Analys results: Local Stakeholder Orgs. Findings: Lifelong learning is by large the main activity reported, followed by post- training follow-up and mentoring/counselling. This suggests that non formal adult education orgs. prevail in the sample over vocational training

Context Analys results: Local Stakeholder Orgs. Findings: Most of the centres own 15+ Public Internet Access Points (PIAPs) All LSOs declare to dispose of appropriate training rooms In conclusion, enough resources are available for project purposes

Context Analys results: Local Stakeholder Orgs. Findings: Most organisations are specialised in technical and social issues, however only a few have been previously involved in a experience like eScouts

Context Analys results: Local Stakeholder Orgs. Findings: Young people looking for job together with retired people are the main audiences of LSOs, which perfectly fits with the project scope

Context Analys results: Local Stakeholder Orgs. Findings: Mix of large and small qty. of users Risk of getting low number of participants (both groups) in Croatia Risk of getting low number of Senior participants in Lithuania

Context Analys results: Local Stakeholder Orgs. 9 Finding: Permanent staff is available in most organisations (6 out of 7) which is complemented by project-related staff (5 out of 7) and in less measure, volunteers (3 out of 7) Facilitators are available in most organisations (6 out of 7) which is complemented by assistants (5 out of 7) and in less measure, trainers (2 out of 7) Both conditions are the most appropriate for project stability. However in Lithuania they are poorly met. But precisely Lithuania orgs. promise as many staff dedication to the project as needed, which is not the case in the other two countries

THANK YOU!
