Why use Career Cruising? Students across Kentucky are now required to complete an Individual Learning Plan (ILP). The ILP is completed by using Career Cruising It begins in 6 th grade and continues through high school You can even use it throughout college! ILP

–On your ILP Homepage under Quick Links click on Things to Remember and read the information –At the bottom of that page click on About the ILP and read the instructions –Go back to your Homepage and click the blue Career Cruising and click Career Matchmaker –Click the grey New Matchmaker Session button in the middle – Answer All Questions and click Review My Answers to update your choices – Always click SAVE TO MY ILP – Review your TOP 40 careers listed Complete Your Career Matchmaker!
