RHETORICAL ANALYSIS: DAY prompt packet Purpose: identify and understand trends in content, date, and task

Jigsaw (6 groups) Each group is assigned one prompt ( ) In your small groups, please complete the following:  Read the prompt  Read the text (quick annotation)  Write a thesis and make an outline  Also include at the top of your group paper: approximate date, author, and subject of the text. Be prepared to share your findings with the class! You will put your paper under the Doc Cam and explain your process.
