IMPLEMENTATION School signs the Fliplearn agreement The school will need to send an excel sheet with information on school, students, teachers, classes, sections, subjects and mapping of teachers with classes Once the data is received by us in this format, we will validate it. If there are issues, we will revert with an issue list for rectification by the school Once data is validated, we shall import it and send the user IDs and passwords to the school for distribution. Typically timeframe/SLA is maximum 3 days for any revert (whether for data validation or school import/creation of IDs). The process usually takes 8-10 days given data back and forth. If it is an existing EducompOnline (old version) school, we have the possibility of migrating over their user information from the existing system. That can save some data entry, but they will still need to add fresh students/change sections etc. and assign teachers to the classes.
