OPTIONS Create a Group Click the “Information” Tab Enter the name of your group If tracking handicap for your group, click the “Track Handicap” checkbox (if not, uncheck the box) If you make handicap adjustments for NET Skins, enter the percentage (100% = full handicap) This setting adjustment is ONLY for Skins game calculations Click “Save” when completed Getting Started - Dashboard

Save file Click Upload and navigate to the saved file. Click “Open” and the players will upload. OPTIONS Create Event Create Flights (Optional) Creating Flights for an event allows players to compete against other players in their flight If your group does not have more than one flight, click “Save and Continue” now and skip the following steps If you will have more than one Flight, click the drop- down, select the number of flights, then click the “Reset” button. All players will be arranged, by handicap index, into the number of flights selected. Click “Save”, then “Save & Continue” Getting Started - Dashboard

OPTIONS Create Event Hole Assignments If using Tee Times: Enter the proper starting hole (usually #1 or #10) for your group, then click “Save and Continue”. Getting Started - Dashboard

OPTIONS Create Event Creating Pairings RANDOM: Click the “Randomize” button and players will be randomly paired together. CUSTOM: Click “Move all to Pool” button, all players will be moved into the Players Pool column on the left. Then, drag each player, one by one, into the appropriate pairings you’d like to create. Verify that your selections are accurate, then click “SAVE”. Next, click the “Pairings Details” button to view the set-up for your event. Getting Started - Dashboard

OPTIONS Create Event Pairing Details This can now be copied into a spreadsheet and sent directly to the course for them to add to the tee sheet, create cart signs and print scorecards. Click the “HOME” tab when finished Getting Started - Dashboard

OPTIONS Ready to Play ON COURSE SCORING USING THE GOLF GAMESKEEPER MOBILE APP At this point, you are ready to go play golf! The Golf GamesKeeper software has set everything up so you can use the Golf GamesKeeper Mobile App while you play. Getting Started - Dashboard When you get to the course, have all the players login to the Golf GamesKeeper Mobile App, pick one person per group (twosome, threesome or foursome) to enter the scores for all players in their group. When the first ball is in the air for your group, click “start round”. Enter scores after completing each hole for all the players in your group and ALL the players in your event will be able to see everyones scores on the Live Leaderboard!

OPTIONS POST EVENT SCORING Your Group is entered and ready to play. As scores are entered on the Mobile App while playing, the results page is populated with hole-by-hole scores. When the round is completed, verify each players scorecard (hole- by-hole) Getting Started - Dashboard

OPTIONS POST EVENT SCORING When the round is completed, log in, click the “Verify” tab. Now, verify each players paper scorecard (hole-by-hole) and make any changes on the screen as necessary. When finished with a player, click the “Verify” button. This must be done for EACH player throughout the entire player list. If all scores for a player are correct and no changes need to be made, simply click the “Verify” button and move on to the next player. Repeat this process until all scores have been checked & verified. When the last player is verified, the screen will automatically change to the RESULTS screen Getting Started - Dashboard

OPTIONS POST EVENT RESULTS Once on the Results page, you can view all players scores, ranked from first place to last place. Gross & Net scores Net Skins (hole-by-hole view) Skins Winners, Gross & Net Getting Started - Dashboard

OPTIONS POST EVENT RESULTS - Flights If your event used flights, click the drop-down menu to view all scores and overall finish of each player in each flight. View Gross or Net by clicking the appropriate tab Getting Started - Dashboard

OPTIONS SCORE POSTING Scores for each Golf GamesKeeper Member will automatically be posted using Equitable Stroke Control (ESC) and added to your completed rounds. You can click on the row of any completed event to see your scorecard from each event. Getting Started - Dashboard
