Thanks for inviting us today to introduce you our Online Newsletter Software. We would like to give you a complete overview of an account and in doing so, show you how easy the system is to use. AND - within this presentation we’ll go through all of the advanced features that will help to develop your campaign. Access your account from anywhere in the world 24/7 How does it work? C1: A major benefit to our system is that IT IS ONLINE ! So there is no need to download costly or time and space consuming software onto hundreds of PCs around your organisation with the security nightmare that that would cause. This also means that however many users need to access the service they just access their account by logging directly into their section of your account on our website from wherever there is an internet connection anywhere in the world at any time allowing them to develop their/your marketing campaigns without any restrictions.
Newsletters H: Firstly we’d like to explain how easy it is to create or import your newsletters into your account. There are several ways of doing this:
Newsletters Create & Edit C1: The first way of creating a newsletter is to use one of our free templates. When using one of our free templates you can simply add your own images, text, styling and other elements of it to make it consistent with your brand. Within our new Editor which was launched last month, we now provide more than 80 responsive templates which means regardless of which template you choose it will look great on all screens such as mobiles, tablets and desktops. The editor is very easy to use as it has drop and down functionality, resizes images to fit automatically and much more. Once your template has been created, you can store it within a folder of your choice. You can then use that as a base for your next send by simply amending the text and images.
Newsletters Import C2: If you already have an created then don’t worry as you can easily import that via Microsoft Word, a HTML file, a URL or a Zip File.
Newsletters Import C3: When importing from Microsoft Word our system will automatically translate that into HTML code and import your images.
Newsletters Import C4: When importing via a HTML File you will be given the choice to import your images into your account or simply leave them hosted on your own server.
Newsletters Import C5: If you have your hosted on your website, then you can use the URL option as that will allow grab and pull your placing it in your account ready for use.
Newsletters Import C6: Finally when importing a Zip File, this allows you to import your HTML file & images all in one go. Our system will unzip the file and place the images into your chosen folder. When importing the template you will be given the option to save it within a specific folder and then reuse it at a later date.
Newsletters Import It’s also useful to mention at this point, not all clients will accept images so our system allows you to create a Text Only version of your . That way if the HTML with the images isn’t accepted then the recipient will still be able to view your Text Only version.
Newsletters Host images & files C7: We also provide 20MB of image & file storage within each account so you have the option to store your own images & files all in one place. Within that section it can easily be managed as you can create new folders for the images & files to be stored in and you will have full control over them allowing you to add, delete and edit all items. So that’s the newsletter section, now you need to know who you are going to be sending to.
List & Contacts H: Managing your Lists & Contacts couldn’t be easier as our system takes care of it all for you. We offer numerous was for your contacts to be imported & stored.
List & Contacts List management C1: You can create numerous mailing lists for your contacts to be stored in, that way you can easily identify the groups you are going to be sending to. Also when it comes to importing your contacts we know that not everyone is the same so we have created 4 ways for you to do this:
List & Contacts List management C3: You can copy and paste - or type the addresses in to a specific mailing list.
List & Contacts List management C4: You can import the contacts from an online account such as gmail, yahoo.
List & Contacts subscription form C6: You can also place numerous subscription forms on your website to gain new subscribers or members. They can easily be created within an account using our subscription form wizard. Once created, we then provide you with the code so you can add it onto your website. There are 4 different ways of actually adding the subscription form on your website, you can: Add a Lightbox so you can click on a ‘subscribe’ button which will then dim the background and requests further details. Add a quick and simple subscription form so the users only have to add their address into a textbox and then simply click subscribe. Embed an entire subscription form onto your website. Create multiple embed forms which allows you to embed numerous subscriptions forms on different web pages.
List & Contacts List Clean- up tool C7: We also have a list clean up tool which allows you to clean up any old lists that you may have. We remove the invalid addresses from your list and give you a report of what the likelihood of engagement is from the good addresses. Mailing to invalid addresses reduces your reputation and will reduce the likelihood of your addresses being delivered to the inbox so this lets us remove them before you send.

As HTML code is rendered differently by some clients this can cause your to display incorrectly. Due to this, it is important that you thoroughly test the newsletter to make sure it looks great in all clients. By doing this you can be sure your will look great regardless of the client you or your subscribers are using.

Send Send to a segment Multiple sends Auto-responders Send to mailing list C4: Sending to your mailing list you have multiple options to choose from: Send to a segment, so a group of people based on some specific parameters such as only males within a certain area. Multiple list send will allow one send to multiple lists so the Reports & Statistics of that send are linked. Schedule Auto-responder as that will allow you to set a date and time for the to be sent automatically. We also have other auto- responders for you to choose from such as those that took a particular action such as subscribe, unsubscribe, click on a link or even just open your .
Social H: Social Media has a strong influence in marketing in general as Facebook is now showing more than 31 million users and Twitter showing more than 15 million it’s easy to see why Social Media is important.
Social Social Share C1: We have acted upon that information by making it easy for you to share your newsletters, post updates and even allow your recipients to share & comment about your newsletter themselves.
Social Social Share C2: This can be done on Facebook C3: Twitter and more. So with that in mind, each time a recipient shares or comments about your newsletter on Social Media you are immediately reaching a new wider audience.
Social RSS C4: We also provide an RSS feed relating to the newsletters in your account. The RSS feed provides a list of content, a brief description, and a link to the webpage (newsletter) with the full article. For example, if a recipient didn’t read your then they can read snippets of it and then view the full by clicking on a link provided within an RSS reader.
Social Microsite C5: A Microsite is also available which allows you to archive all of your newsletters; you can layer the Microsite by having headings based on Years and subheadings based on Months. That way you can archive each of your monthly newsletters so users can see past campaigns. This can be used as an incentive if it is placed next to a subscription form as users will be able to see exactly what they will receive if they subscribe to your mailing list.
Delivery H: We understand the importance of Delivery as it is vital that you know your is going to be delivered when you click Send. We have numerous features to help make sure that happens:

The statistics will continually update as your recipients take action with them. Our Reports & Statistics allow you to: View by Send: individual sends, compare results, export them as an overview or view more detailed statistics such as for opened you will see date/time, location, client being used and more. You can view by Mailing List so you can see what mailing lists are working best within your account. You can also view by Recipient which allows you to search for individual subscribers so you can see the actions they have taken.
Reports & Statistics Google Analytics C2: You can also use Google Analytics to track those that go to your website from your s. We allow for all URL’s to be enabled with Google Analytic tracking. By enabling that option, you will be able to track the traffic going to your website all the way through to conversion.
Reports & Statistics Heatmap reports C3: As well as our detailed analytics, we also provide interactive charts and even heatmaps which allow you to see exactly where on your the recipient has clicked. This information is really helpful if you have numerous hyperlinks going to a single web page, as not only are you able to track those clicking but you can also see where they clicked – Was it a button at the top or was it an image at the bottom?

Create a free mobile site (and include a link to that mobile site within your text message), that way you can provide visual aids to the recipients such as images, headings, google maps and more. You can also gain feedback from them via forms which includes text, number and date input. Once you have sent your text message you will be able to access detailed Reports & Statistics so you can see the Sent, Delivered, Opened and even time spent on the mobile site.
Bulk text sending of all text messages are opened 98% H: You may be thinking why should you do mobile marketing? C1: Well figures show that 98% of all text messages that are received are opened within the first 10 seconds of being delivered. This alone hopefully gives you a good insight into the importance of developing mobile marketing campaigns and why text messaging can be really beneficial as it can help you to reach a larger audience and have your message read within a very short period of time.

Type of accounts Unlimited Per Contact C4: The Unlimited Send plans, are based on Contacts uploaded so you can import a certain amount of contacts and send to them up to once a day. As this account is based on contacts, once you have imported your list you cannot delete active addresses, however you can delete those who unsubscribe or those that are noted as Hard Bounced (no longer exist).
Account View As you will see from these screenshots, the interface is very user-friendly. It has been built in a way to guide you through the process of creating and sending your campaign with as much ease as possible. I am very quickly going to show you how you can do this: As you can see from this screenshot, we have tabs on the left each referring to a key section of the account. Also on this home page you have information about the latest actions taken, the credits available and you can post onto Facebook & Twitter or simply send a quick text message.
We have 80 free responsive templates for you choose from. Simply select the one you like the layout of as you can easily change the colour scheme, text and images.
Our editor makes it easy for you to make changes to the free template you have chosen. You can copy, move or delete content blocks; you can also insert personalisation, videos and more.
You can import your subscriber list by copy and paste, from an excel spreadsheet or an online account (such as gmail/yahoo).
You can send up to 50 free tests within the account, this means you can easily make sure your looks perfect before sending to your subscribers.
Within all accounts there is an Inbox Preview tool which shows you exactly how your looks in over 14 different clients.
Once you have completed the testing phase, you can now send to your mailing list. All sends will be received using the ‘from’ address you have chosen.
As the has now been sent, it is now time to share it on social network sites such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. When doing this you have the ability to reach a larger audience.
Once the has been sent you will see real-time statistics within the Reports & Statistics section of the account. Within this section you can see sent, bounced, delivered, opened, clicked & shares. You can also export & compare results.
