Iwo Jima This picture was taken during World War II. It was taken in Iwo Jima in February of 1945.
Return From War This was a picture of the return from the war. This happened on August 14, 1945. The men that returned from the war kissed the first women that they saw.
Baseball On the right is Hank Greenberg. He played for the Detroit Tigers. The Red Sox player are Ted Williams and Eddie Pellagrini. They are posing with JFK in April of 1946

Marilyn Monroe This is Marilyn Monroe, she was an actress, and a model. Unfortunately she died of an over dose of sleeping pills.
