 Acquires the will to change circumstances.  Acquires the vision “Dream”  Develop a road map leading to the over all career goals and objective.  Does everything with 100% commitment and don’t let go until it becomes a reality.

 A classroom structure can be as important as the person instructing the students. A safe, clean, comfortable and attractive classroom is required to maximize the effectiveness of a learning environment.

1. Check the seating arrangements. 2. Divide the room into sections and inform students of the areas designed for reading, writing and lab work, or free time. 3. Make use of technology. 4. Control temperature of classroom. 5. Mount decorative posters, classroom rules, and educational posters on the wall.

 Seating arrangement is very crowded and there’s not enough space to move around.  No sections for reading or play areas.  Seldom use technology for learning.  Ceiling fans are enough but not all is working.  The classroom is not well ventilated which might affect the learning of the students.  There are mounted educational posters and decorative on the walls.  No classroom rules posted.

 Put more friendly furniture and colorful paints on the walls.  Provide reading/play areas for the children so that they would have something to do rather than do nothing while waiting or having there free time.  Have their fans fixed so that there would be enough air and so that the classroom would also be well ventilated.

“Good child care offers children social, intellectual, physical and nutritional experiences under qualified supervision in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.”  Arts and craft  Music  Show and tell

 Tracing  Coloring  Drawing  Time telling  Poetry recital  Arts  Exercising  Spelling

 In summary of this whole experience of observation and participation in the CAA daycare center, we learned that it doesn’t matter whether you go to an exclusive school or not. What matters most is how the educators very well influence these children with what they should learn and how effective their teaching strategies are with this children. We learned that the structure of the classroom is also a big factor on these children’s learning, without a good classroom environment it could cause a bad effect in the children’s learning.

 In this whole study, we learned that the effective ways on how to be an outstanding educator in the future most especially for those children with special needs. We would surely apply this experience and this study in real life situation to be able to meet not only our goals as educators but also our future learners.
