MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Grade of C or better in the 15 unit A-G college prep courses Use Weighted GPA IB courses (last 3 yrs) C grades or better Certified A-G prep course list available at Eligibility Index formula HS GPA x SAT total HS GPA x ACT composite x 10

FALL 2016 ANTICIPATED ELIGIBILITY INDEX Local Service Areas: Fresno, Kings, Tulare and Madera Local SAT = 3100 ACT = 742 Non Local SAT = 3900 ACT = 933 Applicants without test scores will not go through admissions review

ATHLETIC ADMISSION Prospective student athlete (PSA) must meet all FTF regular admission requirements. Apply early: Filing Period October 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015 Pay your application Fee or Online Fee Waiver Fresno State is an NCAA school – to play sports at Fresno State you need to register at eligibilitycenter.orgeligibilitycenter.org After you apply, submit official SAT/ACT scores to Fresno State and the NCAA eligibility center

For Recruits Please maintain contact with the coach or recruiter at Fresno State for any changes pertaining to your recruitment or application. Instructions to submit a recruiting questionnaire (for students who are not recruited but are interested) 1. Access “gobulldogs.com”gobulldogs.com 2. Select the respective sport in which you are interested 3. Once you select the sport, click on “more links” (located on the top right) 4. Select “Recruiting Questionnaire” and 5. FALL 2016 DEADLINES Application Fee and Residency documentation due Friday, January 15 th, 2016 Note: SAT waivers not accepted. Applicant must use fee waiver form. Applicants who did not self report test scores must submit scores by Friday, January 15 th, 2016 Official High School transcripts with graduation date posted are due June 30 th. Fresno, Central, Sanger and Clovis Unified School Districts will be notified to submit transcripts. Official Test Scores due June 30 th

CSUMENTOR FAQ’s Validation of Subject Requirements Math – Integrated style Math 2 will be accepted in lieu of a Geometry course A grade of C or better in Statistics will not Validate Geometry C grade or better in Trig or Pre-calculus validates the entire high school college prep requirement Foreign Language (LOTE) – Example: Native Spanish Speakers Repeated Courses – Must be the same exact course. List the highest grade earned. Do not list the D or F grade. No limit on repeats CART classes – if listed in the A-G usually under electives Students who scored 3, 4 or 5 on an AP exam will get college credit upon receipt of official scores in July
