Franklin Historic Preservation Program The City of Franklin is establishing a local historic preservation program to protect and enhance areas that feature historic architecture and reflect Franklin’s past.

The proven benefits of local historic preservation are many. Protect the historic architecture that establishes a city’s unique identity.Protect the historic architecture that establishes a city’s unique identity.
