Employment Services Employee Soft Skills Training and Development Employer specific workshops catered to your needs including: Customer Service Pre-Employment Orientation Workplace Expectations Workplace Basic Skills Training Leadership Teamwork
Training Services Bluegrass State Skills (Cabinet for Economic Dev) Project Funding up to $50,000 Project Tax Credit of up to $100,000 KY WINS (KCTCS) Provides customized computer, leadership, and technical training and support services to Kentucky employers. Apprenticeship Program (Labor Cabinet, KDE) Full-time, paid employment and training with career placement built in. On the Job Training Program (KCC) Allows employers up to $5,000 per participant for providing on-the-job training.
