Training Services Bluegrass State Skills (Cabinet for Economic Dev) Project Funding up to $50,000 Project Tax Credit of up to $100,000 KY WINS (KCTCS) Provides customized computer, leadership, and technical training and support services to Kentucky employers. Apprenticeship Program (Labor Cabinet, KDE) Full-time, paid employment and training with career placement built in.
