Family Project Directions: We are going to provide you with a pumpkin pattern and writing paper. Decorate your pumpkin. Be creative with your materials. You may use materials found around your home. For example: seeds, cotton balls, pasta, feathers, cereal, bows, and other things. The writing is optional for this project. If you would like to write about your pumpkin, please use the paper that we’ve provided for you. Due Date: The pumpkin family project should be completed by Thursday, October 27 th. You may send your projects before the due date. The students are going to present their pumpkins to the class and discuss how their family worked together to decorate the pumpkin. All the pumpkins will be exhibited in the classroom.
