Terms & Condition The cheque to be drawn in the favor of ROTARY DISTRICT 3051 FINANCE COMMITTEE. For the uniformity of branding, advertising and other promotional activities we request sponsors to provide us all branding and advertising designs as per the given size (6*3 ft)by the organizers. The printing, framing and mounting of the flex banners would be done by the organizers, CHARGES TO BE BORN BY THE SPONSERS. Please provide us confirmation of association, participation, sponsorship and partnership on your company’s letter head duly signed and stamped, attached with our MOU before 25 September 2015 also forward us all your relevant branding matter with the given specification latest by 30 September 2015 to commence the marketing campaign. Please submit all your banners, hoardings, standees / merchandising and other branding materials design at the venue latest by 07 October 2015 to 10 October Any material given on or after 11 October 2015 will not be entertained for desire space at the venue for branding.

All the material would be accepted only if given as per the proposed specifications. The responsibility of any branding / publicity material and its transportation will be of the sponsor itself. The organizer shall not be responsible for any damage, loss or any form of physical or mental harm or injury caused to the participant. The organizer reserves its right to take decision on the allotment of space for branding at the venue, in its sole and absolute discretion.
