DEV Task Force RMS Update 11/11/04

DEV Update Discussed Leap Frog Inadvertent with IAG TF. Rita to report and IAGTF to own Worked with ERCOT to resolve issue when DEVs become another “Type” in the middle of process.  MPs did not want to have to re-file DEVs.  MPs agreed to review all DEVs for programming flaws.  TDSPs agreed to notify CRs when a “Modify Type” occurs.  ERCOT specifically suggested MPs review “Type 4 – LSE Relationship” DEVs for changes

Update on Voting Items RMGRR to modify Section 7.2 documenting the process for submitting Data Extract Variances – will be reviewed by TAC 11/4 PRR to modify Section 11 requiring ERCOT to provide data to market participants for synchronization. PRR also creates the process for submitting the corrected data. – Approved at PRS 10/22

Wrap Up Completed original scope by creating a process for contesting DEV resolution and updated DEV Spreadsheet Meet as needed to support DEV issues, including proposed changes to the ERCOT Settlement timeline
