Welcome Fall Conference Registrations accepted until Wednesday for meal events No deadline for contests and the business meeting Travel arrangements – shared and bus from Edmonton Attend the business meeting – must pick up your ballot Arrange to carry club votes by proxy DEC meeting Sunday morning, 7 AM – must attend to be reimbursed for travel

FACT: More than 2182 members have not renewed their membership from Sept 30 S pecific – each AD works with their area clubs to re-member / recover some of these members M easurable – add members in each area (on average 35 have been lost to date) A ttainable – contact the clubs, review the membership list, specific attention to the “graced” members, membership list available from Division Director R ealistic – many oversights where they have been missed (aka Club Fitness Challenge), encourage club follow-up, guest meeting to re-invite ALL past members T imely – before Nov 30, before training, before the busy season starts, before too much time passes, before interest is lost Re-Member Goal
