A question to get a bit of dialogue going, as well as a bit of research for those of us that are involved in recognition planning and programming. The intent behind these notes and cards is: Peer peer recognition and appreciation Manager employee recognition Employee manager recognition University employees at all levels told us they want quick and simple ways to communicate appreciation to their reports and colleagues.
