Unit 4 2.3

2.3 This is what the midi track is sounding like before being edited. This is what it now sounds like. I have used track echo when editing this midi track. I clicked on this turning it on and I set the right echo time which made the track sound great.

Audio editing 2.3 I have cut and copied this audio track and have added this… This reduces the dynamic range of a signal. Making the quite and louder sounds together.

EQ 2.3 I have used ‘chorus’ and within chorus I have used the preset ‘light chorus’ this is able to make the synth sound bigger.

EQ 2.3 On the synth track I have lowered the bass and the treble because I liked the way it sounds.

EQ 2.3 On another track which is also a synth I have raised the bass and made it more punchy.

2.3 I have used track reverb on my synth changing the reverb time so it makes it sound much better.

I have used distortion on my synth bass, this is creating a grittier sound that works well with my musical composition. 2.3
