Hmmm!!!!! Lots of questions in my mind Manual Comparison – Is there any other way of doing – The customer will be happy with this but I wont have much to doing this? Software solution – Will a software solution have better results than manual comparison in this case in terms of cost, time and effort – Will a software be suitable as a one time solution – Does the customer want this? Business Process Re-Engineering – Sounds great – But How far will the customer be receptive to changes in process? – Is there any room for business process change? – What if the Customer is happy with the current process? – Can I win the credibility of the customer to do process re-engineering given the time constraint I have?
