- 3 - I. STRENGTHS & WEAKNESSES ( WHAT WE HAVE ) Strengths: God is with us! Multiple ministries/activities: Major - Worship, ECS, EMS, Advent Square, church administration Minor - Alzheimer's, night meetings, retreats, weddings, receptions, celebrations Growing ministries/activities Multiple use of facilities Good access to major roads Financial strength Weaknesses: Scarcity of parking Scarcity of land owned by Advent Limited ability for future expansion of building space Insufficient separation of pedestrian and vehicular traffic

GOALS ( WHAT WE WANT ) 1.Strive to follow God’s plan for Advent 2.Build upon current infrastructure and building sites 3.Acquire property to allow for expansion of existing and new ministries / activities 4.Maintain Sanctuary in position of prominence on campus 5.Establish a main entry for campus 6.Establish Administration, Fellowship, & Meeting Rooms at center of campus next to Sanctuary 7.Establish vehicle circulation and parking system around campus and an interior pedestrian circulation system

CONCEPTUAL PLAN ( HOW WE GET THERE ) a.Sanctuary site: Expansion / redevelopment at NW corner of campus Orient to main campus entry b.Administrative, Fellowship, & Meeting Rooms site: Surrounds courtyard Main campus entry and central point on campus for daily activities Separates Sanctuary site from EMS site Offices on two floors Chapel, reception room, heavy use room, small meeting rooms c.Elementary Middle School (EMS) site Expand to east and enlarge school courtyard One or two floors d.Early Childhood School (ECS) site Expand to south
