On Waking Up

Al-ḥamdu lillāhil-ladhī aḥyā-nā ba ‘da mā amāta-nā wa ilaihin-nushūru On Waking Up Al-ḥamdu lillāhil-ladhī aḥyā-nā ba ‘da mā amāta-nā wa ilaihin-nushūru All praise belongs to Allāh who brought us back to life (woke us up), after causing us to die (sleep), and to Him shall we return.

Before Sleeping

Allāhumma bismi-ka amūtu wa aḥyà Before Sleeping Allāhumma bismi-ka amūtu wa aḥyà Allāh, in your name I die (sleep) and I become alive (awake).

Prayer for Entering Mosque

Prayer for Exiting Mosque

Prayer for Exiting Mosque Bismillāhiṣ-ṣalāto was-salāmu ‘alàrasūlillāhi Allāhummaghfir-līdhunūbī waftaḥ-lī abwāba faḍli-ka In the name of Allāh, (I leave). And all blessings and peace be upon the Prophet (pbuh) of Allāh. Oh Allāh! Forgive my sins and open the doors of your Blessings upon me.

Prayer for parents

Rabbirḥam-humā kamā Rabba yānīṣaghīrā Prayer for parents   O my Lord! Forgive both my parents as they have brought me up (with love) from childhood.
