 Service cost/hour = Usage Rate per Hour + Fuel Cost  Machine wise rental calculations are tabulated below  Enter asset basic cost at [3], its life in hours at [4] and life in years at [7]. Enter Depreciation % at [5], Maintenance % at [6], Interest rate % at [8] and operator’s cost at [12].  System calculates each cost component and sums up as MRate (equivalent market rental rate).  Select desired Machines and click Set to Project at [16]. This will update the Project Resource Rates.  Click Set to Master at [17] to update the Master.  Click Export and Import at [18] commands to work with Excel  Interest Rates generally vary from 5-18% [9]. Depreciation cost = Dep% * BasicCost/Life (Hrs) {= [5]* [3 ]/[4]} [10]. Maintenance Cost = Depreciation Cost x Maint % {=[8]*[5]/100] [11]. Interest = ( P*(1+r/100)^n)-P)/(Life Hrs) {=([3]*((1+[8]/100)^[7])-[3])/[4]} [12]. Enter Operator cost per hour [13]. Total Rental Rate (MRate)/Hr [13] = [9]+[10]+[11]+[12]
