[ SERVICES ] 7 Presentation: Service | PL r6 | May 09, 2011 Clinical Services (Clinical Consultation & User Training)  Clinical Consultation is performed at the customer site and is the act of providing expert clinical guidance to clients who will include Ascom products in their clinical work flow.  Clinical Consulting will coincide with the Implementation Project Lifecycle.  Clinical User training is performed at the customer site and teaches care givers how to use the Ascom portable devices and integration solutions.  Live support. Clinical Specialist support customers on site while the commission a new system or upgrade.

[ SERVICES ] 8 Presentation: Service | PL r6 | May 09, 2011 Installation Services  General Implementation provides field engineering services to configure Ascom equipment. Use this service when you can not categorize the intended implementation service as equipment installation or messaging integration but need a certified expert to participate in an implementation project.  Equipment Installation provides field engineering services to install Ascom hardware and portable devices.  Standard Commissioning provides field engineering services to follow installation and put Ascom systems into service.
