ASF: Proposed Changes Increase by $5/CH each of next 2 years – FY17: $30/CH – FY18: $35/CH Eliminate base and ceiling for fee Eliminate the Digital Learning Fee – $25/CH for online courses – Primary support for Blackboard Learn – Applied to small population
