What does it do? The pedometer will measure how many steps you have taken along with how far you walked. It will also calculate how many calories you have burned.

Resetting your pedometer To reset the pedometer please hit the yellow button. Press grey button to get overhead arrow to step activity.

Setting your weight Once everything is reset, lets set your weight. Hit the set button to bring the arrow to the right side of the pedometer.

How to read the pedometer. Once you have placed your pedometer on your hip like the picture has shown below you are ready to use it. To read it simply keep it on your hip and open the cover to get a reading.
