 Lavon Lake, the main reservoir for North Texas, sits at less than half of its designed capacity  Other lake reservoirs continue to decrease water levels  North Texas' Lake Ralph Hall will not even be able to provide 1/10 th of water needed by 2060 and will not be able to supply water until 2025  Residents’ water rates would increase by more than half to pay for it  State water planners envision 26 future reservoir projects costing $14 billion combined So why not a reservoir?
