 Subject or vocational knowledge, skills and understanding  Functional skills in English, Maths and ICT  Personal and social development learning  Some FL programmes also include work experience within their programme of study.

 Functional skills delivered as part of core  Additional support can be provided especially for assessment preparation

 Voc. provision on site delivered by school staff  All core can be integrated with mainstream  FL students choose two GCSE or other options  Curriculum: En(3), Ma(3), Sc(5), Pe(1), Re(1), PSDL(1), ICT(1), Voc. Opt (5), Opts (2x2.5)  Plus points: Maximum integration Works for small cohorts FL does not affect rest
