INTRODUCTION OBJECTIVES  Asian Community Service  Politics of Truth  Equity and Diversity  Self Sufficiency Programs Humsafar is a non profit section of Metropolitan Group It provides community service to Asians in Canada It helps in immigrant’s settlement, career search, education, training, business services and financial planning Humsafar programs and services are run on self- help-self-finance basis so that Asians become self sufficient as quickly as possible

ASIAN COMMUNITY SERVICE  Humsafar provides help to new immigrants in their settlements, business setup, accommodation, education and training  Humsafar also provides Career Counselling, help in Skills Development, Licences and Certifications and Credentials Evaluations  Humsafar also provides training for business and technology courses, Computer Training, Language Training through it other sections of MG

POLITICS OF TRUTH  Humsafar belive in constructive and development politics which brings solutions to community problems starting from individuals, families, communities and countries. Therefore, it say BIG NO to dirty politics which can destroy anyone’s peace and economy  Asians men and women are encouraged to participate in politics of truth, understanding and straight forwardness  Since immigrants do not have right to vote, therefore, this is a good platform to convey their messages to Government.

EQUITY AND DIVERSITY  The world has become closer due to development, use of technology and industrializations.  Therefore, communities have become closer with different religions, cultures, rules, regulations and norm of life  Human Rights and Woman’s rights are given priority in workplace as well as family lives  Humsafar encourages communities with diversity and equity for everyone, respect of religion, cultural norms, rules and regulations.  The Muslims are encouraged to adopt halal products, services and Islamic way of life.  Humsafar plans to request Government for introduction of family and workplace laws according to Islamic traditions for Muslims. SELF SUFFICIENCY PROGRAMS  Humsafar is a zero budget section of Metropolitan Group. Therefore, this section does not give or take any financial contributions  Therefore, MG has very strong self sufficiency programs, running through;  E-Digits, Metropolitan Academy, Metropolitan Financials, Metropolitan HR Consulting  Members are encouraged to discuss and explore the job and business opportunities according to their skills, knowledge, education and experiences, so that they should have sufficient money to support their families. MG pay lucrasive commission to its authorized representatives (Clients are not given any commission)  Humsafar believes in government-public-private partnership for sustainable development laced with scientific, engineering and technology infrastructure, industries, businesses, jobs, planned cities, well established healthcare, education and self-sufficiency programs  Therefore, intends to participate in development projects and poverty alleviation programs
