Unit 2 PowerPoint Lesson 1

NOT to Do List Never write use a font size that is too small to see from your audience’s perspective, Never use a background that is too gaudy and takes away from the content if the page. Never use sounds that last too long; you do not want the sound to continue as you speak, Never write too much on one slide; you do not want your audience to read along with what you are speaking about. Never add too many effects to a slide.

To Do List Always write in a font size that is visible for the audience. Always use a background that allows your audience to focus on the content. Always write only main ideas or key points on slides; you want your audience to listen to what you have to say.

Assignment Unit 2-1 1) Choose a topic that interests you 2) Find five photos from the Internet to place on your slides or use clip art. 3) Create 6 slides using the information read today.
